Q: I am trying to purchase through an online fundraiser. How do I find the group's online page?
You can access an online fundraiser through www.gertensfundraising.com You will need to enter the store ID number for the group you are supporting. Contact your seller or group coordinator for the store ID number. Gertens fundraising office can provide the store ID number if you know the group's name.

Q: Why do I need to enter a Seller's Name at checkout?
The Seller's Name is the person (student, scout, athlete, etc.) that is promoting this fundraiser to you. The Seller's Name lets the group track who gets credit for the sale and also helps them distribute the orders.
Q: Why do I need to enter my phone number and address?
This information is to help the fundraiser coordinator with distribution of the orders. Gertens does not use or sell your information.
Q: How do I know my order went through?
You will receive an email with your order confirmation once your order and payment are complete.
Q: When will I receive my plants?
Gertens will deliver your order to the group you are supporting. The group may have you pick up at their location or your seller may distribute to you. This information is typically included in the opening paragraph of the group's online page. If you have questions please check with the group's fundraiser coordinator.
Q: Does Gertens Fundraising ship direct to my relatives out of state?
No, Gertens will deliver your order to the group you are supporting. That group handles distribution of the plants. The group may have you pick up at their location or your seller may distribute to you. This information is included in the opening paragraph of the group's online page.
